Pastor Bill Beck was born and raised in Connecticut. In 1979, at the age of ten, he and his family were saved under the ministry of Dr. Bob Crichton.  He met his wife, Kelly, in 1981 at church and would later attend high school together. After graduating high school in 1988, they both enrolled in Bible college.  They married in 1990. Upon graduation, Pastor Beck and his wife founded Grace Baptist Church in August of 1993.
